In the mid 1980’s I started experimenting with different spices with the ideas of developing a spice blend that could be used on almost anything, especially different meat products. After many trials and errors, we came up with a spice blend that fit the bill. I had been making it for family, friends, and co-workers for years. After several years of sharing our spice blend with others, a co-worker said I

should market my spices.

I was discussing what to call the blend with an attorney friend and he said his son just called it “Frankly Delicious”. Hence the name. Since it is an “All Purpose

Seasoning”, we added that to our name.

So, in 1992 we launched the first bottle of “Frankly Delicious-All Purpose Seasoning.” 

Now, Centex Spices is owned and operated by 3 generations of the Franks Family that provides the top of the line in All Natural "All Purpose Spices."
